Course objectives
The obtaining skills of applocation of basic criminal law concepts in accordance with the competences of a higher justice official. The development of practical skills which are needed for solution of concrete cases that are dealt by higher justice officials in their practice.
Syllabus
  • Basic concepts of criminal law in practice of higher justice official. Decision about the costs of Criminal Procedure, remuneration of advocates, dealing with more enforcement of penalties, etc.
