Course objectives
Subject of labour law, primary principles and function, legal subjects, employment ahd its typical features. Government employment policy. Labpour contract. Time of work and time of realyation. Special condition of work. Responsibility for damages.
Syllabus
  • Condition of work, special condition of work. Termination of employment. Health and security of work protection. Prevention and responsibility in labpour law. Employees responsibility for damages. Economic liability in labour law.
