Course objectives
The aim of this course is to explain the legal regulation of the choosen types of international business law transaction. The emphasis will be place on the understanding of the legal regulation of international sale of good. Students should be able to interpret and apply the Vienna Convention of International Sale of Goods after passing this course. In case of the other commercial transactions the student should be able to determine the legal regulation.

  • 4. Obligations of the buyer according to the CISG
  • 5. Remedies for breach of contract by the seller
