Course objectives
Student will be able to: - provide basic information about educational implications and targets and describe basic concepts, methods and process forms;
- explain relationship and importance of education and education for paramedic profession, to provide scope for creation and presentation of educational project- educational plan;
- define subject of education and educator skills (included work with information;
- evaluate education need;
- explain principles of creating educational project and presentation of this project.
Syllabus
  • - historical sources and characters of educational process;
  • - pedagogic as a science about education and how it is related to profession;
  • - educational reality (basic concepts, relations and categories);
  • - process of education (process, phases, targets, subject, elements, conditions, resources, forms and methods);
  • - educational project – methodology (problem choosing and its meta-analysis, work with information sources, subject analysis, targets, structure, evaluation);
  • - subject of education;
  • - educator personality, characteristics and skills;
  • - education provided by media;
  • - communication in educational process (communication and presentation principles, active learning support and critical thinking;)
  • - principles of creating recension of pedagogical publications.
