Course objectives
The main objective of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge of strategic management of civil society organization. At the end of the course the students should be able to: name the features of European project; create a draft of a basic project; explain the activities of civic society in the context of EU and global problems. After finishing the the course, the students should be also able to: list the basics of strategic planning; define social marketing; administer European project; explain the activities of civil society on an international level.

Group projects, class discussion, reading papers, theoretical preparation.
Assessment methods
Credit will be awarded for presence on lectures and for completing duties assigned in Bi2221c II - practical course. The course is concluded with a written exam.
