Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to better understand relationship between molecular biological and morphological properties of tumor cells and connection among tumor development and morphological changes inside affected tissue and organ.
Syllabus
  • two possibilities of tumor development
  • monoclonal origin of tumors
  • tumor classification
  • cell cycle deregulation
  • apoptosis impairment, tumor angiogenesis, tumor invasion and metastasis
  • death cause of tumor patients
  • tumor suppressor p53 analysis and history of 337H mutation
