Syllabus (in Czech)
  • During this course, we will go through the different steps of an RNA-seq experiment, including quality control, alignment of reads to a reference sequence, quantification of the expression of features, differential expression analysis and downstream analysis. We will discuss pitfalls, advantages and disadvantages of different approaches, and the participants will apply the methods in exercise sessions.
