- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Karate is an old martial art without a weapon which served as self-defence in Japan in times when fighting was an everyday reality and wearing weapons was forbidden. Providing the principles of karate are studied correctly, its students are able to maximally use the capability of their bodies and create a powerful and efficient technique, by which – if used at the right time and place – they can fight off an enemy.nce with martial arts Outcomes is to develop skills: a) Basic techniques - stances, kicks, punches b) Self-defense c) Breathing and focus exercises
- Syllabus
- The course will be leaded to use maximaly basic principle of karate in real situations of self-defence.
