At the end of this course the student should be able to analyse different rules of european, international and national private international law.

  • Choice of law theories and methods. Contracts. Torts. Property. Matrimonian Property. Succession.

Student má na výběr. Zadanou studii může zpracovat jako seminární práci, nebo ji uplatnit jako písemný výstup na konferenci či jako článek v~časopise. Povinně píší studii studenti kombinovaného studia. Studenti interního studia, pokud pravidelně připravují vystoupení pro diskusi, seminární práci nepíší.
