Course objectives
The students, especially the students of Administrative and Environmental Law study programme specialized in environmental law, who have succeeded at the end of the course: - have sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge of administrative law - are able to explain connections and relationships between administrative law and the other branches of law (especially constitutional law) - are able to transmit the acquired knowledge to the students in the teaching process.
Syllabus
  • 1. Subjects of administrative law (concept and types of administrative law subjects, subjects of public administration and position, powers and competency of their bodies, features of so called territorial self-governmental unit clerks service and so called state clerks service, addressees of public administration). 2. Administrative law legal relationships (concept and characteristic features of administrative law legal relationships, prerequisites and constituents of administrative law legal relationships, divisions /types/ of administrative law legal relationships).

Assessment methods
Written thesis of 10-15 pages extent on the theme approved by the guarantor of the subject. The thesis should keep to the recommended literature, practice of the courts and other relevant sources.
