Course objectives
At the end of the course the student should be able to describe the staging of the opera in Brno; to analyse the opera productions in context of history and theory of theatre; to do a research work in the archive and to evaluate the research results.
Syllabus
  • 1. Staging of the opera in Brno - an introduction; 2. Bibliography search; 3. Methodology of archive research; 4. Archive research; 5. Final presentations of the results of archive work and evaluation of the research.
