Course objectives
Students will deepen their knowledge on Aristofanees comedy and its social contexts.

  • All lecture take place in room G:01, all lesson in English.

  • Tuesday 12.4 15.50 - Aristofanees and the City (opening lecture of prof. Nurit)
  • Wednesday 13.4 15.50 - first seminar on Frogs by Aristofanes.
  • Thursday 14.4. 15.50 - second seminar on Frogs by Aristofanes.
  • 18.dubna 10:45 - colloquium (in Czech) with D.Drozd and E.Poláčková about the course - what knowledge have you learnt, what was the most interesting, what was difficult or incomprehensible.
