Course objectives
Serie of lecture will provide overview on key figures of Czech theatrology. Special attention will be given to contextualisation, relation of theory to theatre praxis and close reading of chosen source texts.

  • - structuralistc approach (Mukařovský, Veltruský, Honzl, Bogatyrjev, Burian, Frejka),
