Prerequisites
Students should fulfill at least two prerequisites. First, students know European history of European fine art in outline. Second, they know European modern history in general.

Course objectives
After passing the course, students are able to better understand philosophical background and sources of fine art in Europe. They use relevant basic concepts, realize connections between art and societies.
