Course objectives
The goal of the course is to introduce the phenomenon of Paradiplomacy; i.e. the international activity of municipalities and regions. The course will focus on basic concepts and theoretical foundations. Then it will deal with examples of Paradiplomacy in international and Czech context. There will be two seminars with the practitioners. Particular attention will be drawn to the mobilization of regions within the framework of the European integration process.
