Course objectives
At the end of the course the student presents information about the object excursions. Explains Pinos excursions for their professional development.
Syllabus
  • 1. Preparation of the excursion. 2. Implementation of the excursion. 3. Evaluation of the excursion. As part of the course some students take practical training of preparation technology of semiconductor devices in clean rooms for the Si technology and of the basics of measuring electron microscope in the Laboratory of Electron Microscopy (MU, Kotlářská).
