Course objectives
The main aim of the course is to offer an introduction into the translatology, interpretation and text analysis. The course presents basic information on some technologies, e.g. computer technologies, in the area of translatology and interpretation.

  • - presentation of some technical and computer techniques for translation and interpretation - choice of appropriate methods considering a specific text or discourse - comparison of different texts in their textual and contextual parametres. - practical application of the knowledge and skills acquired, discussion
