Course objectives
Personnel Management in NGOs (KVPMNO) The course explains managerial approach to human resources management in non-profit organisations. It is designed so that students achieve several goals in its course: (1) To understand the impact on and importance of this part of non-profit organisations management for meeting organisational objectives in relation to the mission and organisational culture of non-profit organisations. (2) To get acquainted with the main functions and stages of the human resources management process. (3) To be introduced to some concrete procedures and techniques of personnel management and work. Examination: written test and oral exam.
