Course objectives
• gradually gaining independence from the mentor, self-training and leadership lessons • deepening reflective and self-reflective skills • enhancing professional competencies in cooperation with a mentor, • gradually gaining independence from the mentor, independent preparation and organization of lessons, • deepening reflective and self-reflective skills, • setting aims, individual and cooperative planning, lesson execution • creating a positive and constructive class atmosphere
Syllabus
  • • activities performed in the position of teacher assistant assigned by the mentor (e.g. help with correcting essays and pupil´s notebooks, preparing teaching aids, individual work with pupils with special needs, participation in class meetings, helping with school / class documentation, etc.). • writing educational journal - see Student Manual for Teacher Training Practice 3 • fulfilling long-term comprehensive portfolio tasks - see Student Manual for Teacher Training Practice 3 • observation (10 lessons), teaching (20 lessons)
