Course objectives
At the end of this course, students should be able to: understand and be able to give insight intu the following concepts and problems: Properties of parallel and central projections. Affine mapping. Affine mapping of a circle on an ellipse. Orthogonal projection on two orthogonal planes; image of linear elements, position and metric problems. Image of circles and solid bodies. Intersections of solid bodies a planes. Skew projection: image of points, lines and planes, incidence problems, solid and their cuts by planes. Students should be able to solve problems and exercises for reasons areas.

  • Introductoin to the methods of descriptive geometry. Properties of parallel and central projections. Afinne mapping. Afinne mapping of a circle on an ellipse.
