Course objectives
Cílem předmětu je vysvětlit studentům úlohu regulace a dohledu v tržních ekonomikách, důvody a organizaci dohledu nad finančním trhem v České republice, v Evropské unii a obecně v mezinárodním měřítku. Dalším cílem výuky je zvládnutí jednotlivých součástí regulace a dohledu, jejich funkce a význam.
