Syllabus
  • The course in International and European Business Law consists of three independent modules. The first module focuses on the circumstances and their description under which the business transactions are promoted, especially on the international circumstances. Special attention is paid to the regional regimes as far as the trade issues with EC countries are concerned. The second module deals with the domestic situation for developing foreign trade and the third module, the essential one, examines the issues of legal regulation of international business transactions.
