Course objectives
After completing the course, student will have of cross-sectional knowledge of basic legal tools of public health protection arising from   international and community law, case law and legislation in force at Czech Republic. Student will be able to practically use these tools, and also in relation to environmental legislation, health and food law. Based on this acquired knowledge he will be able to submit set of reasonably argumented thought out solutions and is particularly suited to interpret and apply the law enforcement to protect public health.

  • International protection of public health. EU law and public health. Public law health protection in general. Public health in relation to environmental protection. Protection against noise. Medical law in general  . Patients' health. Private health. Public participation in health protection. Liability relations. Health and food law. Information and warning systems. Economic and voluntary instruments, and further integration of issues currently.
