- The objectives of this course are: - to improve knowledges in the area of the international arbitration, - to illustrate on cases the different stages of the arbitration procedure. At the end of the course students should be able: - to formulate the arbitration agreement, - to write the action and the defence, - to formulate different procedural steps, - to write the arbitration award. -
