Course objectives
At the end of the course student should be able to understand the consular service function and to learn basic principles of the diplomatic protocol.
Syllabus
  • Legal regulation of the consular service. The system of consular functions. Consular service subjects. Competentions of consular authorities. Honorary consul. Diplomatic protocol.

Lectures and seminars with discussion and practical examplaes of activities of the honorary consul and the diplomatic authority.
