Course objectives
The aim of this subject is to provide students to exercise their theoretical knowledges, they learnt in subject as the civil substantive law, business law and civil procedure law, especially thru making legal actions. Students will be able to make contracts correctly, to conduct a civil action and they will get a feedback in the form of revision and evaluation by the teacher.
Syllabus
  • 1) conditions of the succesful completion of the subject, definition of basic working methods, division of students into working groups 2) a contract, bill of exchange 3) ensure I (security agreement, guarantor statement, bank garantee and letter of credit) 4) blank bill, complete agreement 5) an action 6)objections 7) objections 8)judgment 9) appeal 10) practical case 11) practical case 12) evaluation of results

  • operativně dle doporučení vyučujícího v závislosti na povaze vytvářeného právního úkonu
Teaching methods
The students have to create a legal action and hand it in - the teacher will make a revision and evaluation of these works. The case started at the beginning of the semester by a contract, completed by an ensure will continue up to the simulated trial.
