Course objectives
- student understands the reason to develop his legal skills;
- student is able to do the legal research to the specific legal issue;
- student is able to interview a client, ask right questions and focus on his needs;
- student is able to write a letter to the client in which he will summarize the important information coming out of the interviewing the client;
- student is able to write a simple legal analysis;
- student is able to argue and defend his opinion;
- student experience the negotiation with the other party in the area of different interests and needs;

Teaching methods
Discussion, role playing, writing legal texts, model situations, group work.
Assessment methods
Points for the homeworks (70 % of maximum points), group discussion at the end, selfreflection paper.
