Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
1. understand and explain the regulations concerning the functioning of health service institutions and the system of the common health insurance;
2. work with information on concerning regulations and judgment;
3. interpret regulations in connection with medical law;
4. make reasoned decisions about service responsibility under the performance of the profession of medical profesions
Syllabus
  • Law consists of the program content enabling the acquisition of knowledge in the scope of the so-called medical law and other scopes i.e. the civil, labour, commercial and administrative law directly connected with the medical law.
