- At the end of the course students should be able to:
• understand and explain key legal concepts in European patent law;
• work with information on patent applications and patent infringement cases;
• make reasoned decisions about patentability, infringement and defences;
• make deductions based on acquired knowledge of the European Patent Convention;
• interpret legal decisions in patent law - Syllabus
