Course objectives

At the end of the course students should be able to: - understand the Post-War Literature and Latest Literature written in German, - compare individual texts from the periods, - categorize the individual developments during that time.

Syllabus

• Post-war period, Gruppe 47, documentary and active literature of the 60s, 70s, postmodern literature, GDR-literature, literature in post-1990 Germany.
