Course objectives
Purpose of the course is explanation of impact of international integration and integration in supranational European Union on the practice of Czech administration. The course shall clarify the principles of application of international and EU law together or in eventual clash with Czech law. It shall also describe agendas affected. These agendas are: agriculture, cohesion policy, protection of environment, social security, taxes and customs and administration of particular branches of economy. Graduation from the course shall improve occassional and sporadic implementation of EU law by Czech administrative officers.
