Předmět si zapisují pouze studenti navazujícího magisterského studia Pedagogiky nebo Sociální pedagogiky a poradenství, a zároveň absolventi Instruktorského kurzu I po předchozí konzultaci s vyučujícím. V případě volných míst bude otevřen i dalším případným zájemcům. Primárním předpokladem pro možnost absolvování kurzu je včasné složení stanovené zálohy!

Course objectives
The course is aimed at rehearsing and learning basic principles and methods of pedagogy of experience. Participants will first be introduced to theoretical background and basis for pedagogy of experience as a work method for all kinds of target groups, phenomena such as social climate of a group, group dynamics and group cohesion will be explained. Later in the course, students will familiarize themselves with many pedagogy of experience techniques by experiencing them personally. A crucial methodological reflection will be included in the final part of individual technique sessions. In the following part of the course, participants (students of following magister programme) will conduct some of the techniques themselves in a safe environment of a seminar group before they will be able to use them in direct pedagogic reality. Under supervision of other participants and lecturers they will be given a feedback on techniques conducting and their gained knowledge will be affirmed. Intensive participation on planning, preparing and organizing of a week course in nature will give students an opportunity to rehearse and conduct pedagogy of experience activities. After completing the course, they will be able to co-prepare and co-manage activities based on pedagogy of experience platform in the form of multiday stays in nature. Participants will also be awarded a certificate accredited by Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

  • The course consists of thematic blocks: Theoretical Block: Pedagogy of Experience as an Educational Method and Form, its Basis and Principles Group Work, Group Climate, Group Dynamics and Group Cohesion, Stages of Group Forming and Group Management Event Preparation, Team Work, Event Dramaturgy, Choice of Techniques and their Typology Experience Block: Introducing Techniques, Icebreakers and Warm-up Techniques, Pedagogy of Experience Techniques – Me through Myself Forms, Pedagogy of Experience Techniques – Me through Somebody Else Forms, Pedagogy of Experience Techniques – Me as a Group Member Forms, Methodological Reflection – Me as an Observer of Group Activities, Methodological Reflection – Me as a Supervisor. Rehearsal Block: Rehearsals of Individual Techniques by Participants Themselves, Supervision by Participants and by Lecturers.
