Course objectives
At the end of learning period of the course, students should:

understand the main concepts and features of public administration;
be aware of the legal framework of public administration in the context of its development;
be aware of the role of public administration in making and carrying out political decision;
be able to analyze a concrete administrative procedure or act;
be able to design administrative procedure towards solutions of a public policy issue.

Assessment methods
Each student can obtain max. 30 points. The evaluation includes a midterm test (10 points) and a final exam (20 points).
Grading criteria: 30–29 A, 28–26 B, 25–23 C, 22–20 D, 19–17 E, 16 and less F.
