Course objectives
This course covers process of public procurement. First part works with information on arrangement of public contracts. Second part debates contemporary Czech situation and mainly issue of control of contracts.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction to the public procurement (laws, rules of EC etc.); 2. Main problems and corruption risks; 3. Control of public procurement process (selected cases); 4. PPP – Public-Private Partnership; 5. Selected cases of public tenders and PPP in the Czech Republic.
