Course objectives
This seminar aims at explaining the context in which the Republic of Turkey was founded and the dynamics that play a role in its orientation toward the West in general, and toward the EU, more specifically.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Active participation and full attendance during lessons. (Participation will be checked.) Essay based on the course´s theme and it´s bibliography. 3-5 pages at least. The theme will be precised at the course´s ending.
