Course objectives
The objectives of the course is to offer basic orientation in the field of practice for students and to give them basic practical experience in this area.
This basic experience should be gained in these professional activities: Psychological diagnostics selection procedure, setting and leading the procedure
Personnel selection, Assessment of Professional Competence;
Psychodiagnostics in Personnel selection and Development;
Personal counselling;
Employee training and education;
Diagnostics of the organisation, analysis of certain aspects in inner matters of the company (analysis of condition in the company, culture in the organisation etc.);

Teaching methods
Student passes a practices in selected working compartments.
Assessment methods
The course is compulsory for students of psychology master programme at FSS MU. For passing the course it is necessary for students to:
Settle the practice at the provider`s workplace – see the contacts
Sign the Code of Ethics
To provide filled in form „Confirmation of passing the practice", as well as the form „Timesheet“, including both provider's and student's signatures.
To complete final discussion with course supervisor.
