Course objectives
The basic goal of the lecture is to explain the most general aspects of creation and operation of information systems for management, especially in connection with strategic target of organization, global characteristics of organization and dynamic factors of information systems. At the end of this course, students should be able to make reasoned decisions about development of relevant information systems and other aplications.
Syllabus
Information - definition, information process.
Information systems for management - definition, features, types of structures, dymanic factors.
Management of organization - organization as an open system, styles of management, principles of creating, STS a OSP, principles of internal management.
Information system management - basic prerequisities of functionality, increasing of efficiency, value analysis of strategic informations, assignment of strategic target.
Global characteristics of organization - advantage, deficiency, occasion, exposure.
Efectivity of information system.
