PdDR_MVP2 Methodology 2
To demonstrate knowledge of individual research methods and techniques in a discussion (examples of use, advantages and disadvantages). To enclose the research project (defended at the exam The Basics of Scientific Methodology), which presents the dissertation basis, with a detailed description of research methods or techniques. To prove the ability of elementary skills in the use of selected software for quantitative data processing

Course objectives
The aim is to improve the skills in project planning and implementation of educational research, including the evaluation and interpretation of results. The emphasis is on methods and techniques in both quantitative and qualitative research.

Požadavky ke zkoušce: 1) V diskusi prokázat znalost jednotlivých metod (příklady možného použití, výhody a nevýhody). 2) Doložit projekt výzkumu (obhájený při zkoušce v předmětu Základy metodologie vědecké práce), který tvoří základ disertační práce s rozpracovanými výzkumnými metodami, resp. technikami a návrhem analýzy dat (údajů), modelový nebo reálný příklad. 3) Předpokládá se základní orientace v některém z vybraných softwarů pro kvantitativní zpracování dat.
