Course objectives
Students will get awareness of social, political, cultural and linguistic situation in contemporary Russia in light of historical relations and in context of European and world history and culture. The aim of the course is broadening the students'view of contemporary Russia and correction of some prejudice and stereotypes in perception of Russian simultaneity and history.
