Course objectives
After passing the course, students will be able to apply basic knowledge and practical skills in the context of health preventive physical education and motoric regime, hygienic and safety requirements regarding outdoor motoric activities. Emphasis is put on tourism or specific motoric, recreational and relaxation activities, but also on specific outdoor exercises for impaired people. At the same time, the subject prepares the students for the work of lecturers and assistants within health recreational events for children (e.g., summer school camps, summer camps, school trips). The subject is taught as a training course.

  • 1. Principles of the outdoor activities 2. Basic touristic knowledge and skills 3. Orientation outdoors, orientation competitions 4. Outdoor games (on the meadow, in the wood, water games) 5. Outdoor gym 6. Basics of canoeing and water touristics 7. Basics of windsurfing 8. Basics of biking tourism 9. Relaxations and compensation outdoor activities 10. Motoric outdoor activities for impaired people
