Course objectives
Student completing the course gets the basic knowledge needed to navigate in basic legal concepts. At the end of this course, student should be able to understand meaning of government law.
Syllabus
  • Content of the subject: Basic Legal Concepts, Government Law, Administrative Law, Justice Law, Prosecution Law and Civil Service Law, Family Law, Criminal Law. By adoption of the problems obtain students practical knowledge for solving common law problems.

Teaching methods
Theoretical training, instruction is through lectures, students are continuously engaged independent preparation of the recommended materials.
Assessment methods
Oral exam. A student answers and explains two theoretical topics from practical law which he/she has selected from 30 double topics list.
