Course objectives
Banking Regulation (SDBG) The course aims to acquaint students with the problems connected with the banking regulation and supervision system in the Czech Republic and in other countries, especially in EU countries. Main problem areas: - banking regulation objectives - lender of the last resort - protection against illegal banking practices - risks of banking activities - banking regulation and supervision in international operations Examination: semester project. Written test and oral exam.
