Course objectives
The courses are realized in blocks. The first block is theoretical and students are by its means introduced to possibilities of projecting in area of freetime education and with specifics of research in this area. On the base of gained knowledges the will create their own projects and they will realizes a small research probe, which they will defend among their selves. The cindition of successful defend is apart from contentual level the high quality of formal necessities (multimedial presentation etc.) too. Single projects are evaluated by means of partial scales.
Syllabus
  • Basic knowledges about creation and realization of projects, creation of own (research) project from the choice of theme, formulation of problem, choice of instruments to its processing to final written shape. 1. Strategic planning. 2. Sources of financing (grants, sponsors and their choice, rationalisation of projects.) 3. Projecting, the term project, creation of the project (setting out of aims, single economical steps, technical steps, personal resource, propagation, single periods of realisation). 4. Requests for grant assigning, mechanism of grant advertising, conditions for grant assigning. 5. Presentation of institution or association in the project, in personal contact. Procedure when creating a request for sponsor gifts. 6.Final reports and evaluating of projects. 7. Creation of individual project. Overview on seminary works „I would like a school like this“ Students create their own original project, which by means of its content pertain to problematic of children education, youth and adults in area of freetime. It is a simulative project. Students choose one of project (grant) real existing possibilities and they will create their own project with which they will aply for financial resources for realisation of their thoughts. „What do we do behind the school?“ The aim of seminary task is to choose one of unofficial activities of childern and youth and to realize with participants a focus examination, which would this phenomeon sufficiently explian. Students use their creative attitude and the will collect a great number of data on given phenomeon. Video records, records of interview, photodocumentation, web presentations etc. The outcome is a report from research (10 000 marks wtihout spaces) amd multimedial presenatiton using above mentiond tools. „School as a game“ By means of seminary work students are introdeuced to new area in education by game form, socalled. edutainment. Student will decides between two alternatives. Either he will try to create his own suggestion of edutaiment activities (suggestions of tools, activities, games), or he will in detail describe real existing institution. There are very few of them in the Czech Republic and threfore is their decription (beforeall abroas institutions) of a great value. If the sudent choose second alternative, then he will decribe in detail pedagogiccal significance of activities, psychological rules, which are used and he will all fill with photodocumentation, videorecors etc., including the link to websites, location (map), opening hours etc. In the frame of first alternatve students will precisely describe sense of suggested activity including the sketches. If it is a tool, students will produce it or they will present a model of it etc.
