Course objectives
The course is to acquaint students with the basic principles of modern quality management system and the principles of statistical thinking so that they can be applied across the enterprise and its component processes. Acquired skills are a prerequisite for the mastery of subjects related field and understanding the importance of quality of all processes on the quality of the finished product.
Syllabus
  • Content focus: 1st Basic concepts. The definition of quality. The dimensions of quality. Customer Orientation. Setting priorities. Focus on processes. 2nd Quality Management System. Development of approaches to quality management. 3rd Proof of compliance. Mandatory and voluntary conformity assessment. 4th EU legal acts. The regulatory environment for quality in the country. 5th Technical standards. Quality as compliance processes at the interface. Advantages of standardized interfaces. System of technical standards. 6th ISO 9000 Standards Conformity assessment according to ISO 9000 (Quality Management System). 7th Comprehensive Quality Management (TQM). 8th Quality management marketing, marketing information system, management of staff to quality outcomes, promotion of enterprise information system. 9th Complete engineering solutions, quality planning, pre-process, post-production processes, environmental audits, management of quality. 10th Means of quality management. Technical control. Operational Analysis. 11th Psychological and sociological studies. Ergonomic studies. Applied Statistics. 12th Quality management tools. Collection of data, flow charts, histograms. 13th Analysis of the causes and consequences - Ishikawa diagram, Pareto analysis. 14th Control charts. 15th Regression and correlation analysis. 16th New Approach to technical harmonization and standardization of the new approach. 17th Global Approach to certification and testing. 18th Technical requirements for machinery, electrical equipment
