- Practice as a part of state examination
- The practice consists from independent work of students under supervision of medical department doctors. The students must learn to determine diagnostic plan and complete treatment and also continuously daily follow clinical status of patient and according that flexible change diagnostic and treatment procedure. They must also learn to estimate prognosis of patient and to recognize the condition that need emergency care, and to admit independent decision in the current medical praxis.
- There is also necessary to improve their facility in some diagnostic and treatment procedures (checking heart rate, blood pressure, performing drip, transfusion, ECG record, exercise test).
- Their work have to response the work of ward doctor (admission and discharge of patients, round trip, diagnostic and treatment procedures, arranging patients' files). Part of their work must be also devoted to out-patient department and intensive care unit.

Information on the extent and intensity of the course: Souvislý blok 7 týdnů. Studenti jsiu vypsáni na předpromoční praxi dle termínů a pracovišť. Jeden týden praxe si mohou domluvit na jiné interní klinice.
