Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to the knowledge of the sense and content of the contemporary world. The searching of the answer: Where the trend of people civilization going?
Syllabus
  • Suggestions for FK: (essay or a scientific essay) First As we know the world through culture / arts? - What is culture (what the culture of? - What is it art (what the artistry?) - Psychological intervention methods art (art therapy, music therapy, drama therapy, bibliotherapy, etc.). Second Man as creator or destroyer of cultural values ​​- Cultural activities (hobby) and leisure - Popular culture (cultural traditions, customs and festivals) 3rd Pearls of humanity versus contemporary buranství 4th General principles of cultural / artistic creativity - Sources of inspiration art (nature, people, religion, technology, etc..) - Language Arts (specificity means of expression of individual types of art) 5th Culture / Arts Education for humanity as a creative life - Contribution Czech or world culture world (creator, work, epoch) - Cultural monuments and antiquities 6th Relationship civilization and culture - Man and Technology (problems present technical civilization) - Cyberculture (New Information Technologies) 7th Spiritual elite versus mass society - Mass culture (cultural commercialization, trashy lifestyle) 8th Where will the development of our civilization / culture? - The vision of humanistic system of human society (philosophy cultural history) 9th The nature, purpose and function of culture (cultural theory, philosophy of culture) - Cultural institutions (network of museums, galleries, libraries, mass media, etc.).
