  • The Fundamental Themes of Seminars:
  • 1. The problems of the delimitation and regionalisation of America and polar regions
  • 2. The problems of hitherto development of the spatial differentiation of the population of America and polar region with the link to physically geographical and socially geographical conditions.
  • 3. The problems of hitherto development of the spatial differentiation of the economic sphere of America and polar region with the link to physically geographical and socially geographical conditions.
  • 4. The problems of hitherto development of the spatial differentiation of the political and cultural sphere of America and polar region with the link to physically geographical and socially geographical conditions.

Assessment methods
The lessons are realized in seminar groups. This seminary continues the lectures of the course RG of America. Students discuss among each other and elaborate protocols where they are dealing with selected problematic issues concerning America. The emphasis rests upon didactic transformation of knowledge. To complete this course successfully, it is necessary to elaborate all protocols and prove the ability to localize geographical objects in maps.
