Course objectives

Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to get the basic overwiev on the work with the client to get the skills to enter into the contact with client to achieve to hear the clients demand and to chose suitable procedures to learn the basic technics of asking to apply the principles of humanistic approach to the client to reflect own skills and competences as helping staffer to recognize the burn out

Syllabus

• The help and the social control. Social support. The types of the help according to systemic approach.
• . The personality in psychology - the main streems in psychology, humanistic theory, cognitive approach, psychodynamic approach.
• . The definition of the counseling. The procedure in counseling.
• . The choice of the directivity.
• . The relationship between the worker and the client according to humanistic approach.
• . The demands, asking for the demand.
• . The technology of the asking.
• . The work with the client in crisis.
• . The burnout snydrom and its coping. Selfreflection of the profesional. Ethics in the work with client.
