Student Knows taxonomy of combatives and know to characterise single groups of exercises Knows basic historical background of vombat sports

Course objectives

After finishing the subjekt, student: Is able to show basic combative techniques according the curriculum Understood and aply basic technical and tactical principles of combat sport Differentiate among single vombat sports a is able to characterise combat sport according to curriculum

Syllabus

• Introduction to history, taxonomy. Terminology. Structure of techniques. Basic Technics from jodan tsuki, chudan tsuki, katatedori, and ushiro waza

Studenti se účastní cvičení s vlastní výstrojí a ochrannými prostředky zahrnujícími keikogi (tzv. kimono) pro aikidó (přípustné je i keikogi pro džúdó)
