Course objectives
At the end of the course students will be able to: * reproduce the findings of the development history of sport * explain the context of historical development * apply the lessons from history for current practice * characterize the individual * summarize the general knowledge * justify the continuity of historical development

Teaching methods
Theoretical training through seminars, search and processing of historical sources and self-study.
Assessment methods
Credits are awarded based on student active participation in the seminar, the development of presentations given topic. Following the granting of credit Students trail written test (or oral). Questions are prepared in sufficient variability (from max of 60 points the student must obtain at least 26 points).
